I ordered a candle on 12/6/24. As of 12/15 the order has not been fulfilled or shipped. The recipient will be out of the country from 12/22-01/05, and will incur a $5.00/day fee for her apartment to hold the package. I need to cancel the order but can't reach anyone at the company to cancel this order. What was meant to be a nice surprise is now going to be a costly fee 10X more than the cost of the candle.
