Placed my order on the 12/6 for Christmas gifts and still no signs of the order being shipped. I know getting this by Christmas doesn’t look promising.
I sent an email on 12/13 to customer service and they did respond only to say they have my order. The email also stated that because of there candles going viral is the reason for the late shipping. Unacceptable excuse
