1) My order was placed 10 days ago, and I still have not received a shipping confirmation. 2) Their customer support page has an 800 number that just plays a recording telling you to go to the website and use the chat or email features. 3) Their online chat feature displays a message that they are unavailable but can be reached by email. They should just state they only provide email support - and by the way, they have 48 hours to reply. I will never shop from them again.
