Same script- different cast. I also ordered on 12/8 and 11 days later there is no shipping date or tracking for these Christmas gifts. You can’t get anyone on the phone- just texts and emails that you can’t even reply to. They can keep this order forever and a day. If these candles have gone viral, there shouldn’t be a problem losing my order and me as a customer. Horrible business practices. Spread the word and don’t give them your money.
