I am very upset. I ordered a bunch of candles to be Christmas presents for my family on Dec 12, I keep checking daily and it still showed processing supposed to be 2-3 day shipping' I sent an email' wheres my order?? They still have it. I may not get it in time to give my Christmas presents to my family and all they offered me was if your not happy we will give a refund. I sent back another email and no response. This is my very 1st time ordering from here, I had heard so many amazing things and now Im out money on my credit card and Its 3 days til Christmas and cant get gifts for my family. NOT HAPPY AT ALL
