Absolutely horrific shipping and customer service. Read about how awesome their candles were and participated in a sale before the holidays. Placed my order Dec 15th and now we are well in to the New Year and just now getting a notification that they shipped! It’s January 3rd twenty TWENTY FIVE! No apology for the late order or any acknowledgment. Glad I was proactive to get a few family members gifts just to have them show up well after Christmas. Can’t wait to order again! NOT!
