Ordered products on 12/11/2024 for Christmas gifts with no mention of candles not being received before Christmas. Actually stated they normally ship in 2 to 3 days.
Emailed company and asked them to cancel my order and was told I couldn’t cancel since they stated my order was processed not shipped but processed. Amazing enough, my order was shipped the next day and finally received on 1/3/25. A little late for Christmas.
