I purchased six candles. They were being sent to my old address. The website said if you want to cancel you have to do it by filling out a form. I filled out the form. My purchase was still pushed through. There’s a number you can text but no one answers. I paid $50 to have the delivery address changed and just got a message my order is still going to the wrong address. So I’m out $170. Never ever again. Your customer service is insufficient.
