Gooseberry, for some inexplicable reason, decided to completely cover the item (not the package, but the item itself) in some kind of super strength packaging tape. It took a long time to get it off so the item was presentable as a gift, and even longer to get off all the adhesive it left behind. I had to buy adhesive remover it was so strong. If you are buying for yourself and you don't mind something looking crap then its fine, but if its a gift don't bother. I will buy from Boots next time.
