Exceptionally poor service. Had to chase my order after 10 working days on a 7 working day delivery. Then told it was due the following day, however no delivery received so rang again and told that they would resend the order. This arrived 3 days later however the order was incomplete so I had to ring again to be told they could send the missing item which would be with me over the next few days! I then expressed and not for the first time, my disappointment at the way the order had been handled at which point I was asked if I would prefer a credit for the item instead which I agreed to. Then told I would receive a confirmation that afternoon confirming the credit and yet 5 days I have later still to receive any communication from Gooseberry. It really is no good offering competitive prices with such dreadful service!
