Appalling customer service! One of the products arrived faulty, I have contacted customer service via email on two occasions and been directed to online chat. On the first occasion after a fifteen-minute wait nobody became available on chat. On the second attempt, having chatted to an adviser online I was assured a replacement would be sent, two weeks on nothing has arrived.
