I paid for next day delivery as needed some new straighteners before I went to a wedding (mine had broken). The delivery was not next day and so I had to go without. I was really disappointed with the service and felt I'd been unfairly charge a fee that didn't reflect what I expected. I also don't feel the product itself does what was promised in the description.
