My customer experience was on the whole very good. I ordered from Gooseberry because both items required by myself and my partner were in stock and at good prices compared to local salons. It was easy to set up my account and goods were received in 1 week although my order status was described on the dashboard as complete before I actually received the items. Packaging could have been a bit more robust as my tins of hair product arrived a bit dented but nothing to worry about.
