It's taken 5 weeks (yes, 5 weeks!) to deliver a simple hair product, which you can buy over the counter (in fact, we did have to buy some from another retailer). Ridiculous!
The only saving grace was your customer contact person, Adam - at least he was courteous and apologetic; get him to run your business.
First & last time I'll ever shop with Gooseverry.
