I ordered 125ml of Moroccan oil and when it arrived it was only a 100ml bottle, I contacted support and they replied really quickly explaining that if the 125ml bottles are out of stock they send 100ml plus 3x10ml bottles - they said as I hadn't received these they would be happy to send more which was great customer service, but I re checked the packaging first and there were 3 x10ml bottles in the bottom of the bag that I'd missed! So I received great customer service and more product than I'd paid for. Very happy customer thank you!
