I have not received my order and have emailed to let them know. I have also phoned about 20 times at different times of day and left messages. I cannot see the point of having a number to contact the company if it always goes straight to answer phone. I need my order urgently now and continue to hope they will resolve this problem. A phone call or email would be reassuring. I am very disappointed with their customer service.
