My order never arrived so I should rate them poorly. However the customer service was so good when i e-mailed to say it hadn't arrived (they first emailed to apologise and ask if I'd like a refund or replacement then, within 2 hours had worked out what had happened to my order and rectified it) that I can't do anything but recommend them.
