This is the 2nd time I've brought from gooseberry shop and to be honest I never thought I'd order again after my first experience (Order took better part of 4 weeks to arrive and customer service ignored all attempts at contact to find out what was going on) however this is about one if the only places I can get my shampoo from! Gave them a 2nd chance and planned on a long wait however very pleasantly surprised - communication was on point with updates on order processing/dispatch and delivery and at the speed of this - ordered on a Sunday and received by the Wednesday after (and no I only paid for basic shopping rate both times). I guess my next order will tell us which experience is the normal one for the business - I'm hoping it's the latter!
