I've given 2 stars for the product range, good prices and friendly customer service staff who I've had plenty of email correspondence with.
Unfortunately, the two orders I placed before Christmas have still not arrived at nearly the end of January, even though I have repeatedly been told they will arrive in 'the next few days.' No tracking provided. Not sure they were ever dispatched.
