Ordered in November £52 taken from my account. I see I have the same story as others! By mid December nothing arrived and told there was a delay I could wait or have a refund. Took the refund but it has still not happened. I contact them constantly as no refund arrives! but can only do this by email as phone is not answered. No name of any contact is given - all very anonymous. Will contact Trading Standards.
