Horrendous service! I placed my order on 21st of December, hadn’t received it by 3rd if January as they promised in email, kept told there were delays so on 7th of January I asked for a refund which they confirmed is being processed but this would take 3-10 working days, so when 10 working days had passed I chased them up as I hadn’t received the refund. 29th of January, I still haven’t received my refund and they’re ignoring my emails now. Time to report them to Trading Standards.
