Placed an order in early January - it didn’t arrive. When I got in touch was told it was delayed with no delivery date available, so I cancelled my order. Was told my refund would be with me in 3-10 days. That was over 3 weeks ago and I have not received a refund. I have emailed several times, rung them multiple times and left a message requesting a call back (seems you can’t speak to someone directly - it always goes to message). I still have no refund and seemingly no way of getting anyone to speak to me about this. Really not impressed and won’t shop with them again.
