This should be a zero rating!!!
I placed my order on 14th Jan - didn't arrive. I chased my order on three seperate occasions-;they promised on the three occasions it would be within the week - didnt arrive! Asked for a refund they said 3-10 days .... didn't get the refund! Spoke to my bank who took my complaint and they got my money back for me. They had my money for 6 weeks.... what sort of a business are they running - no producers just have our money for weeks OR in some cases (I have read about) forever.
