I made an order for my conditioner on 27th January and still do not have this product. I was advised that they do not have the item in stock (after I chased them) and then have now waited another couple of weeks. I chased them last Thursday and was told it was being sent that day and over a week on it has still not been delivered. It is showing as despatched but Hermes haven't even received it yet. I have been emailing customer service the last couple of days but have had no response. I just want a refund now and do not want to order from them again!!
