I’ve ordered from Gooseberry before, and not had a problem. But I ordered products 23rd Jan told might take up to 10 business days to arrive, whereas before products arrived next day. Nothing arrived. I asked to be delivered to another address they said yes, but again, nothing arrived. So I cancelled the order. Told it might take between 3 and 10 days for a refund. It’s now 1st March and I’ve received nothing. No products. No refund. Have reported them to American Express.
Also, I keep getting marketing emails everyday, even though I told them to remove me from their database three times. Have also reported them to ICO for Data Protection breach. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
