I have waited MORE THAN 10 days now for my refund I requested on 13 FEBRUARY! STILL nothing. I ordered this on 24 JANUARY. I am so fed up of this delay and the way this has been handled. All I wanted was a shampoo and conditioner!! These people are blatant scammers!!
