I purchased some shampoo and conditioner amounting to £35 in December. I allowed a little bit of extra time for delivery due to the Christmas rush and then when it didn’t appear I contacted customer services and was told I would be refunded. this was very early January. I have emailed and contacted them through the online chat service since January about 30 times and I’ve constantly had a reply after usually three or four messages not after each one saying that I would be getting a refund and that I’ll get an email to confirm it. I’ve been checking my emails and checking my bank account and nothing has been done. The tracking information also shows that the shampoo is still processing rather than having been or sent out for delivery. Please avoid using this company. Customer services is appalling and the only option you have is to email them or to leave a voicemail message. There is no chance of speaking to a life human being.
