Ordered products from them on 16th March. An empty envelope arrived via Hermes. I contacted them to ask for a refund or to resend the products. The envelope showed the weight of the what was inside and it evidently did not have 3 shampoo bottles in it! 3 months on and I have not received replacement products or a refund. I have reported them to trading standards and applied to my bank for a refund - clearly I am not the only one who has this problem.
