I am very very disappointed with this company and absolutely disgusted with the same standard automated replies to my many emails that I have sent them.
Yes many companies had issues due to coronvirus but every single other company has sent my orders to me and acknowledged my order in the first place. Not Gooseberry though..no email no text to say order on it's way. Yet they took my money straight away!
This was on 7th April. That's over 3 months now.
Not a happy customer. I have rung customer service and guess what...no reply. I have left a message.
So Gooseberry please contact me ASAP to arrange my immediate refund otherwise this will be going further
