I placed an order 1 month ago that suppose to be in my house in 3 to 5 working days. After 10 working days waiting for it; I asked customer service to refund my money back as "the product wasn't in stock" and they couldn't tell me when it will be (after I had to contact them instead of they contacted me).
I have asked for my refund; which will be in my account in 5 to 10 working days. Today is the 15th day and I haven't received any money back.
Just to save a couple of pounds from any other website, I find myself with no product and with no money back. I'm quite sure I won't do any future purchase with them
