I purchased fruits on the 16th late evening, I put it in the fridge without taking it out from the package, the following day I opened it and I was ready to wash it and eat it so I picked up a plum from the package and it was mouldy broken and black! I checked the other plums in the package and as we all know, the black one infected all the other fruit in the same package. So I couldn't eat it, and I needed to bin it. I made pictures and I sent them to customer relation asking to replace them or to give me the 3 pounds back to rebuy them fresh! I received a reply saying they were investigating and back to me in 24h. Now 6 says passed and no reply from the, so I lost 3 pounds cause they are not good to do their job, they are responsible of the quality of the food they sell and they are not taking it! Absolutely rubbish customer service, and lack of seriousness! Shame on them
