Terrible Customer Service and Unfair Policies - Avoid Gopuff! I had a truly frustrating experience with Gopuff and feel compelled to share it. I ordered some avocados, which, as everyone knows, ripen at home. I waited a couple of days before trying to use them, but they were completely spoiled when I did. When I reached out to their customer service, I was told they couldn’t offer me a refund or any compensation because more than 24 hours had passed since my order. This policy is ridiculous! How are you supposed to know if an avocado is bad without cutting it open? It ripens over time, and you can't tell from the outside. When I explained this to Gopuff, they gave me a generic, unhelpful response and refused to address my valid concerns. I even requested a refund, but they still won’t help. Their rigid 24-hour window for resolving issues with fresh items feels like an excuse to avoid taking responsibility. It’s bad enough that they delivered poor-quality produce, but their dismissive attitude toward customers makes it even worse. I won’t be using Gopuff again, and I’d strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering anything fresh from them. Save yourself the hassle—there are better options out there!

Gopuff is a scam....don't accept credit for delivery mistakes you will never see it

I purchased fruits on the 16th late evening, I put it in the fridge without taking it out from the package, the following day I opened it and I was ready to wash it and eat it so I picked up a plum from the package and it was mouldy broken and black! I checked the other plums in the package and as we all know, the black one infected all the other fruit in the same package. So I couldn't eat it, and I needed to bin it. I made pictures and I sent them to customer relation asking to replace them or to give me the 3 pounds back to rebuy them fresh! I received a reply saying they were investigating and back to me in 24h. Now 6 says passed and no reply from the, so I lost 3 pounds cause they are not good to do their job, they are responsible of the quality of the food they sell and they are not taking it! Absolutely rubbish customer service, and lack of seriousness! Shame on them
