Items all there but were thrown in with the worst packaging I've ever seen. Old shredded pieces of cardboard and whatnot. And all of the items were packed in to one side of the box with all the shredded cardboard on the other side, offering no real protection to the items. As a result, several of the items were damaged. For example, the lid of one of the shampoo bottles had been partially snapped off.
