May not exactly be your fault, but I placed an order a few weeks ago Xmas presents. Hermes said they'd received and it for delivery but when i checked with yourselves you said it was being returned!!! They couldn't deliver. They never tried, i sent you a snap of screen shot of there report and it didn't mention trying to deliver. So I'm really really disappointed. They wouldn't be sent back in time for christmas so my experience wasn't very good at all. To be fair you did refund me quickly, but I had to then try at 11th hour to find presents.
