Packages arrived a week late. And the Hermes courier not only made me go down 4 flights of stairs and carry them back up myself, she had the cheek to act like I owed her an apology. Stop using Hermes! What's wrong with the post office? If it's extra, I'd gladly pay it to get parcels on time and without the bad attitude.
