Ordered 5 products and Royal Mail delivered a soaking wet box, one of the products was open and caused it to leak onto all the other products and packaging. Had to spend time wiping all the containers.hence to say very little contents left in the toner, that contained salicylic acid. The box had not been sufficiently packed properly
Complained to chemist, and sent pics, who immediately placed the blame on Royal Mail. Offered a measel refund of toner £2.79 and posting.
Will not shop from the retailer in the future
