The customer service from this company is truly outstanding. I was sent an incorrect item as as the actual manufacturer had changed the item. Gordons Chemist replied and refunded me instantly - a really polite and caring email. I am truly impressed and will not hesitate to use them in future and to recommend them to family and friends.
