I never received my order. It has been 9 weeks and no bag. And no response from emails or chat requests. They said it was back ordered because of printing / shipping issues. That was months ago. At first Tristen was responsive and updating me. But lately I have had no resolution. Glad to see 68000 happy customers. Hope their bag is awesome!
