Better hope you LOVE this bag because it’s impossible to return.
The straps are incredibly wide and inflexible. As soon as I put any weight into the bag, they cut into the sides of my neck, causing a lot of pain and making the bag impossible to wear.
The returns department ignored me until I left a 1-start review. Then, they sent me a link to a form which didn’t recognize my order number, and continued to ignore me. Buyer beware!!!!!
