I am impressed by the sustainable initiative of Got Bag and wanted to purchase a bag for myself. I ended up choosing two but one of the bags turned out to be a different tone than what I expected from the picture online. The customer service was super friendly and immediately exchanged it for another color that I selected later. I am very happy with my bags and can only recommend Got Bag to everyone. Versatile, sustainable and functional 😊
