I placed an order for a bag, but after two weeks, it still hadn’t arrived. The communication was poor throughout the process. After speaking with them, they informed me that I’d need to wait another two weeks, but again, the item didn’t arrive. When I contacted them again, they finally told me it was out of stock and issued a refund. Overall, the communication was extremely disappointing and unclear.
