Bag is nice, nice color and size. But the shippment did not include ani note with nice wording-( f.e Thanks for order etc.) and also invoice! I send 5 emails to ask for invoice and ask them to change invoice address and they even did not react and answer! Communication with them is horrible! They send the present but the service is horrible. I hope that i receive my invoice once!
