Bought two return tickets to New York from London for June 2020 which were cancelled by Virgin airline due to Covid 19. Virgin will not refund as we bought tickets online via Go2Gate. Go2Gate will only consider refund in you apply on line and agree to pay a fee. Completed a form in August and have not even had an acknowledgement that the for. Has been received let alone processed. Disgraceful company.
