Our flights were cancelled due to Covid travel restrictions. We have proof of this. Been waiting for nearly a year for the refund. Keep getting fobbed off. Customer service rude, obnoxious, company clearly not interested in helping or returning the money they took from us (£2000 uk stirling) for a flights that never happened.
