I am so concerned since I just booked my flight for February 21. I called the number they gave me online and not able to get a hold of anybody. I am afraid that instead of a vacation, this is the beginning of a nightmare. How can we stop agencies like this? I am sure there is a way to report them so they stop taking people's money
