Unbelievable experience, in the worst way. I was told last minute my flight was cancelled (I found out it wasn’t), it’s taken me over 3.5 months to get a refund, no emails have been replied to other than one, and they’ve taken 4000yen off my refund to line their pockets.
All I can hope is that they cease to exist and for this to happen we need others to refrain from using them and to continue to assassinate their abysmal reputation.
Avoid. At all costs.
