I booked a flight with gotogate that was cancelled due to the COVID-19 restriction by the airline.
I requested the refund and I had to wait 3 months for the refund.
But, they refunded me £1.5, apparently they have a £30 support fee for cancellations. 30 POUNDS!?! It is a completely scam.
