Go to gate stole my money! I bought tickets for an internal flight a few months ago when the restriction of covid was ending. Now covid restrictions are tightening up and the government strictly defended that we can't go to the region I was going to. I then asked the company to refund me or give me a credit because even if I still want to go, I now just can't take the flight. They just told me too bad! I don't have access to refund and credit. I want to respect covid restriction, they should too! Now I paid for a service i can't take and I will never have this service. This is stealing.
