Following on from the other countless reviews. If you book a flight with GTG and have no problems, fine - they are cheap and it's pretty easy.
BUT, like many of you I booked a flight early last year from LGW - Toronto with WestJet. WestJet have no UK office which has made it more complicated, but the crux of it is - I paid £413.55 for my return flight and GTG have only refunded me (which took 10 months), £215.51!!!!
I keep emailing them and they won't give me the rest of my monies.
Have now issued a dispute with VISA.
