Paid them £1542.65 pounds at 14/1/2020 called them countless time and heard a lot lies from there customers service
I have followed the other successful cases and contact European consumers protraction and Skyscanner customer service
They contact them on my behalf and yesterday got refund the cut about £30
I had this dilemma over year and four months
